
Surrounding by family members, Dallas Wilson signs his letter of intent to run cross country and track at Albion College.
Trenton High School senior Dallas Wilson signed his National Letter of Intent April 28 to run cross country and track and field at Albion College. The Albion College Britons are a Division III school and compete in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
Dallas began running at Arthurs Middle School, where he ran three years of cross country and two years of track and field. At Trenton High, Dallas was a four-year varsity runner in cross country and track and field. His senior year, he was a captain of both the cross country and track and field teams.
When he graduates, he will have earned six Downriver League All Academic Awards. During winters, he also ran indoor track for the Michigan Accelerators Track Club.
Dallas is a member of the National Honor Society and will graduate Magna Cum Laude. He was a five-year (grades eight-12) member of the THS Marching Band playing the alto saxophone and the trombone. He also participated in Be the Change and Wreaths Across America.
Dallas would like to thank all the coaches and teachers who helped and encouraged him along the way. He also would like to thank his family, friends, and past and present teammates for their support.
Dallas is undecided about his major; however, he is considering psychology and economics/finance.
